Is There Seating?

Elektricity is a general admission, standing room only venue, but do offer table service at vip@elektricitymusic.com

Is there an ADA seating/section available?

Yes, Elektricity has ADA seating. All ADA reservations must be made at vip@elektricitymusic.com

How Do I Get My “WILL CALL” Tickets?

WILL CALL tickets can be picked up at the box office window upon entry

What Can I Not Bring Into The Venue?

No food, beverages, or beverage containers (including re-usable water bottles). Discovery of outside alcohol will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

No backpacks or large bags (larger than 12" x 12" x 5")

No sharpies or markers.

No weapons (even with a concealed weapons permit), chains, pocket knives and Leatherman-style or Swiss Army-style tools, or objects security and performers/tour personnel think could possibly be used as a weapon.

No non-labeled/improperly-packaged prescription drugs or eye drops (non-prescription or prescription). Discovery of illegal drugs will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

The policy for cameras and audio/video recording devices varies by event. Typically, non-professional cameras (point-and-shoot cameras without a detachable lens, or camera phones) are allowed, but we comply with the artist/tour policy for each event, and larger cameras or audio/video devices may be allowed on select shows. Other artists/tours may prohibit any cameras or recording devices altogether. Please email info@elektricitymusic.com if you have questions about the policy for a particular event.

What Are Your ID Policies?

To enter ELEKTRICITY, you must show a valid form of federal or state-issued photo ID (drivers license, state ID, passport) as proof of age. 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer who cannot produce a valid ID. We also reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID if the first form is unacceptable or unclear.

Acceptable forms of identification:

·     A valid, current drivers license issued by the Michigan Secretary of State Office or any other state.

·     A valid photo identification card issued by the Michigan Secretary of State Office or any other state.

·     Armed Forces Identification.

·     A valid U.S. Passport or travel visa/passport issued by a foreign country containing the holder’s photograph.

How Old Do You Have To Be To Enter ELEKTRICITY?

Do You Have Coat Check?

Yes, you can check your coat and personal belongings in a secured area for a $5 fee.

What time do events typically start and end at the venue?

How early can I line up for general admission events?

The venue typically allows guests to begin lining up a few hours before doors open. Please be aware that this may vary depending on the event and venue policies.

Are meet-and-greet opportunities available with performers?

Meet-and-greet opportunities depend on the event and the artist's preferences. If available, information about meet-and-greets will be provided on our website or through the artist's official channels.

Can I bring a gift or fan mail for the performer?

While gifts and fan mail are appreciated, the venue cannot guarantee that they will be delivered to the performer. It is recommended that you send fan mail directly to the artist's official fan club or mailing address.

What happens if there is severe weather on the day of the event? 

In the event of severe weather, the venue will make a decision based on safety considerations for guests and performers. Updates will be provided through our website, social media channels, and local news outlets.

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP or add on any special experiences?

Upgrades and special experiences may be available depending on the event. Please contact our box office or visit our website for more information on specific events and available upgrades.

What is the policy for lost or stolen tickets?

If your tickets are lost or stolen, please contact the point of purchase as soon as possible for assistance. Replacement tickets may be issued at the discretion of the venue and ticket provider.

Can I exit and re-enter the venue during an event?

Our venue typically has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter without purchasing another ticket.

Are there ATMs available on-site?

Yes, we have ATMs available within the venue for your convenience. Please note that there may be fees associated with using these machines.
